In February 2011, I reached a turning point in my life. I was tired of feeling stuck due to my circumstances. My breakthrough came when I embraced health and fitness. I shed over 100 pounds, became an avid runner, and rediscovered my true self. I became a better person, parent and Coach. As my passion for helping people create change grew, so did my desire to venture beyond the corporate sphere. In May 2017, I was laid off from my last corporate position as a Corporate Trainer. It was a turning point that led me to make another life-altering decision—to commit myself full-time to my coaching and consulting business. One quote by Zig Ziglar resonates deeply with me: “You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” Guided by this philosophy, I am on a mission to fulfill my purpose by assisting others.
